They may be small, but brussels sprouts are full of essential vitamins and nutrients to strengthen your immune system.

What makes them super?

  • Vitamin C: boost your immune system and maintain the health of your skin, teeth, and gums.
  • Fiber: increase digestive health and reduce cholesterol.
  • Folate: also known as folic acid, folate is most well-known for preventing birth defects. It also aids in the formation and maintenance of DNA, and can reduce the risk of heart disease.
