Our personal trainers are experienced with different diseases and injuries that are often aggravated with normal training. Using a therapeutic approach, our trainers will design a routine to help alleviate pain from injuries and diseases such as osteoporosis or arthritis.
Sessions are designed to first correct or minimize injuries, and then focus on a safe full body routine.

Office Bootcamp will have you and your team sweating your way to success. Each session is different to maximize results and increase strength. Sessions can include a mix of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), plyometrics, tabata, strength training, cardio, and paired exercises.
