We believe that the only person you should compete with is yourself.
Racing against your own times, lifting more than you did yesterday, and jumping higher than you could last week is the best motivation; it certainly worked for Our Inspiration, Adam Harrison!
Wishing him a huge congratulations on his new personal best from the #SportingLife10K in Toronto, Ontario, that took place on Sunday, May 8th, 2016.
Adam finished in 38 minutes and 30 seconds, ranking 139th out of 18,688 racers (that is the top 0.75%!) He was 123rd out of 7,776 males, and 22nd out of 1,529 in his category.
How did he feel about the #SportingLife10K?
“The crazy thing is it felt like one of the easiest runs I’ve ever done. After the (Walt Disney World) Marathon, this was a piece of cake!”
Congratulations, Adam! Everything gets easier with practice!
We cannot wait to hear about the next record you break. Keep moving!
